Kelly started real estate in 1998, eventually evolving the business into the McKelvie Group in 2003. As the number one seller of pre-owned homes in Calgary since 2006 (number of units sold), Kelly uses her extensive knowledge, experience and strong negotiating skills to ensure your home sells for the most money in the shortest period of time.

Regardless if it's a starter home or a million dollar home, each client is important to Kelly. She makes it her goal to ensure that everyone who uses her services becomes a lifetime client, making sure they feel comfortable recommending her to others.

Paul Morris

Paul Morris - Managing Director

Since 1993, Paul helped evolve the McKelvie Group with Kelly McKelvie. The success and growth of the business now requires Paul's business and management talents full-time.

A native Calgarian, Paul oversees the McKelvie Group as its managing director. With his extensive business background, Paul is responsible for developing the most efficient operating systems and organizational structures.

Paul consistently researches current market trends ensuring our clients' homes receive second-to-none marketing exposure.

Barb Daroux - REALTOR®

Barb has been a licensed real estate agent since 1997. Having been already established as a successful realtor with Royal LePage Foothills, Barb joined the McKelvie Group in 2007. Working closely with Kelly and her listing clients, Barb is in regular contact with their clients reviewing the market, showing activity and discussing strategy to get their property sold. Barb is also involved in helping her buying clients find their dream home. Having been born and raised in Calgary, and with a wealth of experience behind her, Barb offers extensive knowledge and added energy to the team.

Gareth Morris - REALTOR®

A key addition to the McKelvie Group, Gareth joined our team in 2008 and has proven to be an invaluable member of our group. Gareth strives to give complete client satisfaction.

Chris Adamchuk - REALTOR®

Another long-time Calgary resident, Chris works closely with Kelly and Barb and their listing clients. Chris also works with our buying clients, helping them find their perfect home. Chris has a strong work ethic, positive outlook and has developed many loyal and happy clients.

A senior agent with the McKelvie Group, Shawn has over 13 years experience in real estate in Calgary. Shawn has been a high performer for years and has many satisfied clients. His analytical thinking and strong negotiating skills make him an integral part of the team.

Tracy Keen - Marketing Manager

Tracy is one of our original McKelvie Group members, joining the team in 2003. With an extensive background as a graphic designer, Tracy focuses on the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including magazine ads, flyers DVDs of our clients homes, and full-colour, multi-page feature sheets. Tracy makes it her goal to ensure our client's homes receive maximum market exposure second-to-none.
